I clarified that I had already discussed my needs with her colleague, which is why I felt comfortable waiting for him. At that moment, her colleague mentioned that he didn't recall our conversation, leaving both her and me confused. Given the limited time I had due to parking, I was not in a position to repeat everything I had already explained. I was on the verge of leaving to find another printer when her colleague stepped in and offered to assist me, noticing that I was becoming frustrated.
It took just a few seconds for me to outline what I wanted, at which point he confirmed that he indeed remembered our previous discussion and found his notes. He immediately apologised for the confusion, and we proceeded to confirm the order.
