I used Minuteman Press for my wedding stationary and they were exceptional. The customer service was fantastic, they did an incredibly quick turn around time and even after we noticed we made a typo on one of our designs, they re-printed it for us, free of charge. A big thank you to Daniel at Minute Man Press. He photocopied 280 pages of my handwritten novel from 3 notebooks. Sometimes I changed ink and/or I wrote on both sides of the page…to make the job more complicated!

Upon my return, a staff member greeted me and offered her assistance. I politely declined, explaining that I was willing to wait for her colleague, who was currently helping another customer. She seemed puzzled as to why I would prefer to wait for someone else when she was ready to assist me straight away.
I clarified that I had already discussed my needs with her colleague, which is why I felt comfortable waiting for him. At that moment, her colleague mentioned that he didn't recall our conversation, leaving both her and me confused. Given the limited time I had due to parking, I was not in a position to repeat everything I had already explained. I was on the verge of leaving to find another printer when her colleague stepped in and offered to assist me, noticing that I was becoming frustrated.
It took just a few seconds for me to outline what I wanted, at which point he confirmed that he indeed remembered our previous discussion and found his notes. He immediately apologised for the confusion, and we proceeded to confirm the order.
I wanted to share the details of my interaction with this company to highlight the professionalism they displayed in handling a potentially difficult situation. The gentleman effectively de-escalated what could have been a frustrating experience. He apologised as soon as he realised he was the one I had spoken with before. I think that they are geared up for large commercial jobs despite giving prices for single prints when you walk into their shop.
